CENTERPIECES:
I LOVE THE HEART SHAPED BAMBOO!
That would make a unique centerpiece or favor!
CUTE!
So we could do big heart bamboo as a centerpiece...On a mirror with scattered rose petals...And have the little heart bamboos surrounding it, and they can be the favors. Maybe we could some how get our name and date on the little bamboos.
Or just use the big OR little, instead of both...We can do a candle thing in place of the big bamboo, or we can do little votive candle in place of the little bamboo.

I always wondered if I could have a centerpiece with pink water...Well, yellow is close...To at least show centerpieces with different colored water.
(Of course, in this example, that yellow is actually jello.)
Centerpiece
Maybe a little too simple?
FAVORS:
MAYBE these personalized wine glasses can have water with a floating candle in it...And have that be a centerpiece...But have enough for everyone at the table, so they can then be the favors? Maybe. :-\

The same previous centerpiece/favor logic goes for this personalized single bud vase.
(And then when the guests take them home, they can always use them as really tall shot glasses! LOL)

I LOVE PUNS! :-D
Christina,
ReplyDeleteI googled "two stalk bamboo centerpieces" and your blog came up first - I'm so glad it did! We live in China and want to bring a Chinese flavor (while saving a bit of money) to the wedding - this seems like the perfect way. These photos are so helpful, I can't wait to see what you end up with!

Hi for the yellow flowers in the vase - you stated you used jello- whats the ratio of water that used? How did you get the flowers in there to stay until the jello set?
